Michael Lohan has taken their family row one step further by using his dead father as ammunition.
The star�s fatherhood was speedy to watch over up his attack on ex-wife Dina with a statement to OK! Magazine saying:
"My father just, literally, died in my coat of arms. I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified Dina's attorney. Let's see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral.
This will show her lawful colours! Thus, not regular a call. But that's par for the course with Dina! She didn't even place a batting order or impose when he was sick."
